NOVA sign’s an agreement to rent a property and pay the owner or letting agent a guaranteed rent usually for a term of three to five years. Additionally, we take on the payment of bills and running cost of the property. The quality of the property is brought to a certain standard before we then rent it out to tenants for a higher rent than what is paid to the landlord or letting agent. The difference between the rent we receive from tenants and the rent we pay the landlord or letting agent after taking out property bills and running costs is the profit that we make for the business.
