As well as being accredited private landlords, Nova Property Limited is a family run, Property Management Company. Our experience and professionalism combined with extensive local knowledge ensure that we provide a service, which is second to none.
One area of specialization is placing professional’s and corporate tenants in high-quality shared houses (HMOs). By so doing, we not only provide a constant source of rent to the landlord, but we also provide a much-needed service to companies and local businesses to help house their professional employees.
We strive to be fully up to date with ever changing tenancy laws and government legislations that may be promulgated. Together with our attention to detail and conscientious attitude we have the experience, resources and skills to deliver the kind of services that landlords, letting agents and tenants require.

After 15 years in the Navy, Ignatius decided to venture into the property market to create a source of steady/extra financial income.
